Helps Connect the Dots

We haven't solved my daughter's eczema yet but this has helped us get a much clearer picture of what's going on. Wish I Had Found It Sooner

As a first time mom I felt like every doctor appointment ended with me trying to remember what happened and when. I bought this mostly for the elimination diet section and that's been my favorite part so far. It's organized in a way that actually makes sense and doesn't take forever to update every day.
